Intro
Emotional Alignment (EA) is a revolutionary new approach helping people change their own behavior and enabling accountability in others. This is the preliminary self-help version embodying that EA system. The next version will include practical examples of how one integrates the knowledge above into a daily routine including resistance encountered. It can be used for personal growth or to augment therapy and - when fully developed - act as a replacement thereof.
