All data that is entered manually by you or automatically by your actions is stored on your device in what is called "localStorage". This is different from Cookies except that this data is never sent to our server or anyone else unless you take an action to do that.

Manually saved data storage:
Assessments (4 Social, 4 Healths, PHQ9, GAD7)
Notes (Challenges, Metrics, Micro-Tribe)
Progress (ThirtyDayPlan)
Settings (future use)

Automatically saved data storage:
Tests (when you take/score them)
Words (for internationalization)

Manually shared data:
The "Email Report" button (even then, it only opens your email client and you have to specify a recipient, then send the data).
